Asset Management Coordinator (JAMES)

We’re looking for an experienced JAMES Controller to lead data integrity efforts across the company fleet. This is a key technical role responsible for maintaining compliance with MOD policy ensuring system alignment between JAMES and IFS.

What you will be doing;

• You will maintain the JAMES data relating to the fleet
• Leading the team on a day to day basis to develop their skill sets and improve their knowledge of JAMES and the importance of the data.
• Ensuring complete data set for equipment and ensuring maintenance schedules are harmonised between the Systems.
• You will ensure 93X complete correctly in accordance with JAMES and MOD Policy.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous JAMES experience at user/admin level
• Strong knowledge of AESP, 93X, and MoD policies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• BPSS clearance (or eligibility)

The role offers salary range between £30,749 - £32,368 plus 25 days holiday, competitive pension scheme, healthcare scheme, training opportunities and long term progression.
