Stores Controller                                                                                 Lincoln


 Are you looking for a role that provides variety and allows you to build up working relationships with customers? If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm needed to support an ever-growing company, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you.

We are recruiting for a Stores Controller who will work at the customer depot to ensure that stock is replenished.  You will ensure the agreed quantities are maintained by ordering through scanners and discussing with the team. 

You will be required to work with and build relationships with some of the industry’s most vital customers.  You’ll be required to re order stock utilising the IT systems provided as well as identify and resolve customer concerns.

What we are looking for:

  • Product knowledge of engineering consumables and fasteners would be preferred, however is not essential as full training would be provided.
  • Previous experience in a stores or stock control role would be suitable or someone with good customer service skills.
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills
  • Full driving licence is essential.
  • Customer focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service

The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:

  • Salary circa £27,000 - £30,000
