Project Engineer                                                          Alton                                   Hybrid Working

 

A leading company in the Water industry is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to  be based at their site in Alton with the opportunity of hybrid working.

You will assist with the planning, development and delivery of assigned projects with focus around fabricated products.  They are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual who ideally has some experience within the Water industry.

 

What you will be doing;

  • Supporting the project team in the delivery of water and waste water treatment projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Conducting site visits to plan, monitor and close out project delivery activities
  • Liaising with the client for project delivery planning and changes/developments in the contract.
  • Ensuring all relevant HSQE documentation is completed to the required standards
  • Timeline planning of installations and attending technical meetings with clients and consulting engineers.
  • You’ll coordinate the financial elements of the project to achieve target goals
  • Involved in planning and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the technical and commercial offering of chemical dosing products.

 

What they are looking for;

  • Ideally and Engineering or Science related qualification, HND or equivalent
  • It would be great if you have previous experience in the water industry.
  • It would suit someone who is a Mechanical Engineer or Project Engineer looking for an exciting career development plan in a varied role.
  • You will be able to work on multiple projects and have good communication skills
  • Analytical and interpretive skills and able to deliver data in a user friendly and relevant manner.
  • Full Driving licence is required as travel to client and other sites will be required.
